Banque Saudi Fransi (BSF) academy has launched the Banker Leadership Program, which is targeting the talented senior managers of the bank’s different groups and divisions. The event was held on May 1, and was attended by Managing Director Patrice Couvegnes and Banque Saudi Fransi’s top management.
Couvegnes asserted that BSF is always proud of its employees, as the bank attributes its success directly to them. “Our employees are the most expensive and precious assets” and hence BSF is proud to introduce the Banker Leadership Program, which is a result of the succession planning framework that talent management team under Human Resources Group (HRG) was working to develop and identify the current talents and prepare them to be the future leaders.
“BSF aims to contribute to the development and improvement of the national work force through providing best-in-class development solutions/programs as a leading bank in developing our employees. Such programs are designed to develop the expertise and skills of our employees, starting from the Banker Associate program for fresh graduates then, the Banker Professional Program, which focuses on the technical banking skills, to the Banker Management Program to build the management skills of our current and near future managers. And finally the Banker Leadership Program, which will prepare the banks senior management to take the lead in the future. These will contribute in creating a large base of qualified national talents, which makes us proud to be the School of Banking in grooming the future experts and leaders of the financial industry,” stated Muneer M. Khayat, head of HRG.
The Banker Leadership Program will present a learning experience emphasizing on different development tools and strategic insights, and will be delivered by BSF academy and INSEAD business School, which is one of the best business schools all over the world.
