Windows 10 claims to boost productivity, provide safe business environment

Windows 10, which was launched globally on July 29, 2015, is claimed to have boosted productivity immensely, providing a safe and secure business environment, according to Rakan Tarabzoni, head of Windows OS and devices at Microsoft, Saudi Arabia.
With the global launch completing a year now, Tarabzoni told Arab News that Windows 10, which started rolling out on July 29 as a free upgrade last year will end on the same date this year and starting Aug. 2, the anniversary update will hit PCs and phones worldwide.
He said there are many business tasks that users need to accomplish at different times and in various places, and usually these tasks require the use of their information and data some of which saved in the data centers in their companies and others on personal devices at their houses or even on their smart phones that accompany them wherever they go.
To this end, Windows 10 operating system, paired with Office 365 cloud software ecosystem, is stated to play a key role in organizing and facilitating to accomplish the daily tasks and providing the ability to accomplish work anywhere and anytime.
He noted that the ideal performance is what people are always looking for, and this highlights the role of Windows 10 in supporting Office 365 applications. They benefit from Windows 10 features and applications as in Microsoft Hello, which provides the ability to sign in without the need to type a password anymore.
Moreover, Microsoft supports the concept of collaborative work between applications, where a group of people who are located at different places and regions can share their ideas and work and edit them simultaneously using Windows 10 applications. This thus boosts business efficiency and productivity and saves a lot of time, he pointed.
