One hundred young footballers from the Dhofar governorate in southern Oman got the chance to support their national team at the recent Oman-Egypt match, thanks to Oman Air. The match, watched and cheered by many, ended in a 1-1 draw.
The national carrier of Oman had invited the youth football league players to attend Wednesday’s friendly international as guests of Oman Air at the A’saada Sports Complex in Salalah.
There they did not only cheer on their national side, but also represented the future of Omani football and enjoyed the airline’s trademark hospitality.
In addition, Oman Air selected Mohammed Al Balushi of Oman National Team as the man of the match and was presented him with a ticket to travel on Oman Air’s award-winning Business Class to any destination of their choice within the airline’s network.
