Hafiz-o-Qari Syed Lutfullah Hussaini was felicitated at a function organized by Bazm-e-Idrak and Hyderabad Deccan Connections (HDC) on receiving the best teacher (best muddaris) award.

He received the award from Jubail Gov. Al-Shaikh Badar bin Mohammed Al-Otaishan and Eastern Province Mufti Al-Shaikh Khalaf bin Mohammed Al-Mutlaq.

International Indian School-Jubail (IIS-Jubail) Chairman Taher Mohiuddin presented Hussaini with a gown and Principal Syed Hameed gave him a gift on behalf of the community.

President of Bazm-e-Idrak and Hyderabad Deccan Connections Syed Waheed Lateef presented a memento in appreciation of his lifelong dedication to providing excellent services as a muddarris and for his significant contribution in shaping the future of the students.

Asif Kamal Siddiqui, founding member of Bazm-e-Idrak, conducted the proceedings.

Student Ahmed Abdulrahman Sayeed praised Hussaini for his humility and compassion, and said: “More than anything, he is a great friend to each and every student of the Madrasa Tahfizul Qur’an and Madarasa Salman Farsi.”

Among the invitees were former students, some of them having acquired the Hafiz title, including Yousuf Younes Khan, Hafiz Syed Ibrahim Bukari, Yaser Younes Khan, Syed Ikramullah Hussaini, Obaid Bohira, Shahbaz Naseer, Syed Anwarullah Hussaini, Ahmed Abdulrahman Sayeed, Hamza Sajjad Malik and Zaid Nasir Shaikh.

Member of the IIS-Jubail managing committee and General Secretary of HDC Ateeq-ur-Rahman conducted the felicitation segment by listing the significant achievements of Hussaini, who rendered service to Saudis, Indians, Pakistanis, Bangladeshis, and Sudanese in Jubail by “parting his knowledge to one all with affection and care equally.”

Founding member of Bazm-e-Idrak Sajjad Haider proposed the vote of thanks and appreciated the presence of some of the senior members of Indian and Pakistani community — Vice Principal Pervaiz Akhtar, Iqbal Chaudry, Anis Bakhsh, Meraj Ansari, Asif Ali Siddiqui, Aziz Ahmed Siddiqui, Mohammed Abdulsattar, Mohammed Abdulhaleem, Mohammed Moulana, Mohammed Zahooruddin and Mohammed Muazam Naik.

Mujeeb Sultan, Zia-ur-Rahman, Abdulnaseer, Mohammed Abdulrasheed, Mohammed Masoor Khan, Mohammed Aneessddin and Mohammed Mehmood Khaja were among the event organizers.
