JEDDAH: An official source at the Labor Ministry said that negotiations with Nepal concerning domestic recruitment has ended and that an agreement will be signed soon. The details of the agreement will be announced shortly.

In fact a series of earthquakes in April and May in Nepal stalled the signing of the agreement. On Thursday, Deputy Labor Minister Ahmed Al-Humaidan met with Nepalese Ambassador Raj Bandi and his delegation. During the meeting, relations between the two countries were discussed. The ambassador thanked Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman for the support the Kingdom extended to Nepal in the wake of the earthquakes.
