DUBAI: On the third Arab Women Leadership Forum, Saudi Arabian corporate expert Abdullah Al-Abdulgader will be one of the speakers. The two-day event began yesterday at the Grand Hyatt in Dubai.
Al-Abdulgader is founding executive director of the GCC Board Directors Institute (GCC BDi) in the Kingdom. He teaches, researches and consults at King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM) in the area of Management Information Systems. He also is an adviser at the Saudi Ministry of Higher Education and a board member of Gulf International Bank.
The forum aims to attract women who actively participate in private and public sector organizations. It wants to help Emirati women pursue an aggressive growth agenda that positively impacts the UAE economy, and that of the overall Gulf region.
Dubai Women Establishment organizes the event. It is a statutory body of the Government of Dubai as per its founding decree, which encourages and facilitates the active participation of Emirati women in the economy and society.
