RIYADH: Ever Green and Super match played out a thrilling tie in a third round match of the Static Zone Twenty20 cricket tournament organized by the Riyadh Cricket League here.

Ever Green batted first and put on board 134 runs. Haroon (24), Rizwan (14), Taj Khan (15), Ayyaz (17) and Imtiaz (16) were the main run getters. Noman bowled well and took 3 wickets while Shafiq and Shahid claimed 2 wickets each.

For Super it was so close yet so far as they failed to get the match winner.

Adnan top-scored with a half century and was supported by Shahid’s 20.

Haroon showed his all-round skills as he claimed 4 wickets while Rizwan got 2.

All the other matches were one-sided affairs, Diamond routed Chanar XI by 7 wickets, Cricketers Club ousted Royal Fighters by 6 wickets, Pakhtoon Khawah got the better of Mughal by 29 runs and Shaheen eased past RP by 30 runs.
