Cristal Global joined Falcon and Sarawat Superstores as teams with three Team of the Week victories thus far when it outbowled everyone else for honors during the 15th session in the FTBJ-ICBL 32nd Conference bowling tournament at Jeddah Lanes here.

In a funk the past few weeks, Cristal rounded back to form to return the top tally of 33 with Falcon 3 points adrift on 30 followed by Sky Freight-TFC 28 and Hidada Ltd. 27.

After successive weeks of oustanding bowling league leading Sarawat Superstores could only total 26 points, fifth on the day, but remained untouched at No. 1 in the team standings.

D’ Barkads compiled 23 points with JM Derby on 20. Jeddah Lanes, Jem Strikers and Lance & 3rdy were the last thre teams to check in on 18, 11 and 4 points.

To Gail Mata went the ladies Bowler of the Week accolade though Cristal teammate Len-Len Berina owned the division’s high series of the day.

Mata shot 575 and Berina 636 in a big day for Cristal Global that also netted 578 from Randy Mata, 532 from Zaldy Bacero and 520 from Danny Pamintuan, as the team effectively built its total with a single set of five players.

The trio of Ed Labuac 567, Margie Villasanta 566 and Luz Pagaran 512 paced Falcon attack that contained two-game contributions of 169-188 form Nonie Yap, 220-155 from Danny Bautista and 168-208 from Rico Nery.

Over at Sky Freight, another lady bowler topped the scoring in Babes Singson who rolled 575. Veteran Rene Santiago added 573, James Galvan made 552, Imelda Sayago had 516, Goying Salazar tallied 183 and Oca Bernabe contributed 189.

Leading Hidada was men’s Bowler of the Week Amro Al-Amri who fired the high series of 617 to go with the 562 by Nanding Siasoco, 536 by Grace Siasoco, 519 by Pinky Acato, 152-177 by Rene Martinez and 159 by Jun Palacios.

The leading scorers at Sarawat were Paul Antiporda 604, Jimmy Urbano 554 and Marie Gumpal 518.

D’ Barkads collected complete games from the quartet of Rally Zamora 579, Cheryl Tibay 587, Gerry Tano 549, and Thess Grandia 437. Leo Edejer added 188-173 and Manny Tibay 163.
