Fuddruckers of Wessam Abutten (operations manager) blasted Chili’s Restaurant 82-74 to win back-to-back championship in the JBL Inter-Naghi basketball tournament at Bin Mafouz basketball court on Tahlia Street, Al Andalus District here.

Fuddruckers dictated the tempo from the first quarter as Chili’s hardly connected its offense. Mazen Othman Hawsawi, the restaurant manager, gave his boys a big morale boost in the final quarter to play extra effort for the championship. Marlon Melendez and Renz Lim scored 17 points apiece for Fuddruckers and both were adjudged as the Giordano best players of the game while Pungay Marxis Masigan top-scored with 14 points for Chili’s.

Inter- Company Division Group B: Rabya Contractors champion, Saudi Diyar 1st runner-up, Viagra Naghi 2nd runner-up and Marriott Hotel 3rd runner-up. Inter-Company Division Group C: Erfan Hospital champion, Jeddah Dawa Center 1st runner-up, Saudia Catering 2nd runner-up and MODA 3rd runner-up.
