JEDDAH: International Indian School Jeddah and Pakistan International School, Aziziya, (Green) scored comfortable wins in the Redtag Inter-School under-16 cricket tournament, under the auspices of the Saudi Cricket Center and organized the Western Province Cricket Association (WPCA), here.

IISJ routed Al-Waha by eight wickets while PISJ routed PISJ (English Section) White by 10 wickets.

Al-Waha School won the toss and elected to bat but were bowled out for 82 runs. Maseel was the top highest scorer with 26 runs. Rest of the batsmen failed to reach double figures. Rayan, Zahid and Bilal picked up 2 wickets each.

IISJ reached their target after 13.2 overs for the loss of two wickets. Zahid was unbeaten with 27. Sohail (22) and Rayan (16) were the other run getters.

In the other match, Pakistan International School Jeddah (ES) White put on board 108 for 7. Hamza top-scored with an unbeaten 48. Mahtab (15) while Anas, Rafah and Osama scored 10 runs each.

PIS Green in reply reached 112 off 61 balls without losing any wicket. Saeed Shah (68), and Yasir Afridi (40) were the batsmen at the crease.
