JEDDAH: Rabya and Reza Chemical continued their campaign for a clean record as they overcame their respective opponents to post victories in the OFBL 4th Conference Inter-Company Bonafide B and Non-rated Evening Division at Timeout Sports Academy Gymnasium on Television St. , Ghulail District on the outskirts of Jeddah.

Reza Chemical got a boost when Reloj joined teammates in the last quarter of the game and went on to beat NCB 91-88 and ran its streak to five games. Reloj scored 11 points while Gemino had 18 and Bollado 12.

In Inter-Company Bonafide C division IBN Sina scored its first win in four games against Citymax 97-96.

The game was just about even in the first half as both teams matched up well against each other. The first half ended with Sina down by 10 points 30-40.

But Sina made a run in the fourth period to take a two-point lead over Citymax. The sponsor team has a chance to tie the ballgame after Eusebio drove to the basket with 5 seconds remaining in the clock but unfortunately he missed the shot although he drew a foul only for him to split his free throws allowing Sina to preserve the win.

In the other game, Rabya also went toe-to-toe against Hidada but managed to pull out an 89-84 triumph that kept its record perfect at 4-0.

Hidada tried to keep pace with the shooting prowess of Hidada’s Mioza in the first quarter, closing the period just 5 points behind Rabya , 26-31.

But Rabya raced out in the fourth quarter to leave Hidada behind with double digits advantage and never looked back.

In Friday Morning game, Jeddah Phoenix broke into the win column by beating Saint Francis 85-65.

Saint Francis was simply no match for Phoenix as Montano and Eusebio each scored 15 points while Salazar and Paul Taguba shot 8points apiece.

In another Inter-Company Non-rated Division game Jeddah Falcons defeated Schindler in a close game 74-71.
