Sheraton Dammam Hotel & Towers is presenting Szechuan Nights at its popular Asahi — Pan Asian Restaurant.
“The hotel beckons you to experience the Far East like never before,” said one of the top executives at the hotel.
“Starting from March 26 till April 1, Asahi will serve a unique Szechuan set menu at lunch and dinner time,” said Khurram.
“Savor the oriental flavors infused with the Szechuan pepper and rare seasonings and ingredients cooked with unparalleled skills handed down from generations past. These Szechuan peppers have been specially imported from the lush fields of China to prepare a menu that is guaranteed to take your taste buds on a wild trip to the ancient lands of the Far East.”
“Szechuan cuisine is known for its rich traditional flavors, creative and adventurous taste, stemmed from hundreds of years of culture,” said Khurram.
“Our Chef Lai at Asahi will present the sensational and authentic Szechuan food for the first time at Sheraton Dammam.”
Inaugurated in 2007, Asahi has since carried its promise of serving authentic Pan Asian cuisine in the Eastern Province.
“With its location at the rooftop, one cannot help but enjoy the stellar ambience with breathtaking views of the Arabian Gulf while gazing at the hustling streets of Dammam Corniche,” said Khurram.
“The classy interiors pay attention to the smallest of details from the cutlery to the finishing; living up to the style of a five star property.”
Asahi goes the extra mile with their specially designed live cooking Teppanyaki stations manned by chefs who love to showoff their dexterity and expert skills.
“Asahi completes the fine dining experience by infusing the air with traditional music that flows through the atmosphere and blends effortlessly into the room,” said Khurram.
“You can dine with family and friends, or request a special setup for two. Asahi is open from Sunday through Friday, from noon to 11 p.m.”
