UK’s Healey says minimum wage to rise by 3.9 percent
- Britain's finance minister, John Healey, announced a 3.9 percent increase in the main minimum wage rate
- Hourly wage for workers aged 21 and over will rise to £13.21; for those aged 18-20, it will rise to £11.27
