JEDDAH, 2 April 2005 — A 141-strong Pakistani contingent will be arriving here from Islamabad tomorrow for the First Islamic Solidarity Games scheduled April 8 to 20.
This was learned by Arab News from an official of the Pakistan Consulate General in Jeddah who added the national carrier Pakistani International Airlines will transport the athletes and delegation officials.
The games will be held in Jeddah, Makkah, Taif and Madinah Munawarah.
Pakistan are entered in 15 events.
The Pakistani team will set up their main base in Jeddah in addition to Makkah, Taif and Madinah Munawarah.
