I am an avid reader of Arab News and have been reading it since the age of 10. I have noticed something recently that needs to be brought to the attention. I do understand there are many Indian columnists writing for the newspaper, but it should not reflect on the contents of the newspaper.
I fail to understand how only one point of view was highlighted on the partition issue stressing the Indian narrative that the partition was a mistake. Another is the current hostility between Pakistan and India on the Kashmir border.
The matter suddenly started coming into the limelight when two Indian soldiers were killed, but all reports have failed to mention that till now five Pakistani soldiers have been killed by the Indian forces. — Faizan Mirza, By e-mail
