Investcorp, a global provider and manager of alternative investment products, announces it has, together with its portfolio company SecureLink Group NV (SecureLink), acquired Nebulas Solutions Ltd. (Nebulas), claimed as the UK’s largest independent cybersecurity service provider.
Nebulas provides a broad range of IT security products and services, including managed security services and cyber threat intelligence to predominantly mid to large enterprises in the UK.
Combined with the recent acquisition of Scandinavia’s Coresec Systems (Coresec), SecureLink and Nebulas will operate across six countries in Europe, employ over 550 members of staff and generate more than 235 million euros in revenue.
