Park Hyatt Jeddah is inviting the city’s foodies to celebrate the diversity of the Moroccan-Andalusian cuisine at its Andalusia restaurant.
To add variety to the dinner buffet and enrich the guest experience, the chefs have added pastilla to the menu.
Pastilla is said to be “uniquely Moroccan, intricate and grand, fabulously rich and fantastical.”
It is a traditional Andalusian pie dish of Spanish origin, which was introduced by the Moroccans who migrated to the city of Fez, and as a result pastilla became one of the most famous dishes in the city. Guests will have the opportunity to choose from different fillings to complement this delicate pie. The fillings will range from fresh seafood to the season’s best vegetarian options, succulent chicken and tender kofta.
