With modern features and latest technology, the service center will redefine after sales support in Dubai by providing top of the class service facilities benefiting the consumers.
Located in Al Quoz and sprawling across 16,500 square feet, the new service center is designed to international standards and has latest technology such as an ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protected workshop, secured areas with biometric access control, etc. The center is open six days a week and offers the support and consultancy of 60 engineers and technicians for all of Eros’s brands, including Samsung, Hitachi and TCL.

Our customers can now enjoy the benefits of our new service center, which is in line with global standards. With an investment of approximately 3 million, the new facility is manned by highly trained engineers and has all the necessary equipment to repair a range of consumer electronic devices including TVs, mobiles, home appliances, DVD players, home theaters and other small appliances. In line with the progress, the workshop is also designed to adopt any demand that may arise in future.
Eros Group now has a total of eight service points in UAE of which Al Quoz service center is one of the largest and employs international standards of service and repair. Eros Group also runs its exclusive five ‘Service on Wheels’ for its customers all across UAE.
