Help for Syrian refugees

There must be many people in Saudi Arabia who would like to help the Syrian refugees but are not aware how to do this. Seeing so many refugees without warm clothing, children freezing without even gloves to wear is heart breaking.
Is there a collection depot in Riyadh where unwanted clothing, bedding, tinned food etc can be deposited? There must be someway to help these people. I have been trying to make enquiries among the Syrians here but no one seems to be aware of such a collection depot. — A reader, By e-mail
