Eastern Province Chamber for Commerce and Industry (EPCCI) signed a cooperation agreement with the Dhahran Int’l Exhibition to organize the Armed Forces Supply and Spare Parts Fair.
The fair is hosted by the Ministry of Defense from December 8-13.
Abdurrahman Al-Wabel, secretary of EPCCI: “The fair aims to enhance the communication between the armed forces and the national industries to nationalize the spare parts industry and to review the right mechanism to make these industries meet international standards.”
Al-Wabel said the forum accompanying the fair is going to discuss the recycling of resources, encouraging Saudization, creating investment opportunities for the private sector, how to benefit from local talent and forging a long-term strategic relationship between the armed forces and the private sector.
