Nasair celebrated this year’s Saudi National Day at 35,000 feet over the skies by offering customers on board vouchers worth SR 250 plus free soft drinks and chocolates.
More than 2,500 customers who flew on scheduled domestic flights in Saudi Arabia between Riyadh, Jeddah, Madinah, Dammam, Abha and Gizan enjoyed the joyous event.
Sunday’s celebrations continued at the domestic airports where nasair operates.
Customers, both citizens and expats, on these flights were greeted with traditional treats such as Arabic coffee and dates upon checking-in.
They joined hands with the nasair staff to promote the Kingdom’s heritage and pride on the National Day along with their children who received Saudi flags, green balloons and nasair-branded bags painted with the national emblem.
On board, all customers were offered free beverages, chocolates plus a SR 250 voucher distributed as a gift to make their in-flight experience a national carrier celebration in itself.
Suliman Al-Hamdan, CEO of NAS Holding the parent company of nasair, said: “We share this celebration with all Saudi nationals and residents and we convey our greetings to the royal family and the people.”
Captain Francois Bouteiller, nasair CEO, said: “As Saudi Arabia’s national carrier, nasair congratulates the Kingdom’s esteemed leaders and beloved people.”
He added: “To celebrate this joyous occasion and to pay back to our customers for their valuable trust that lead us to three consecutive months of profitability, we offered all domestic flights passengers on September 23 a gift voucher worth SR 250 toward their next flight on nasair”.
Captain Francois said nasair’s strategy includes to be at the heart of the Saudi society and to join the social activities of the Saudi people and residents at Saudi Arabia.
