Riyadh: The official spokesman of the Governorate of Riyadh region said that further to a statement issued by the Governorate on March of this year, regarding the fall incident of concerning 12 children at a playground in Panorama Mall which resulted in their injuries, the committee formed to investigate the incident has concluded that the company which imported the game is responsible for the incident because of its negligence and failure in maintenance.
The Spokesman pointed out in a press statement that the case will be referred to the judiciary in implementation of the directive of the Governor of Riyadh region, noting that the Governor stressed that all entertainment sites shall apply public and rotational maintenance and that the concerned authorities shall carry out field visits to monitor them.
