A group of 165 bachelor and master’s degree graduates at Al-Faisal University’s Prince Sultan College for Tourism and Business were honored by Prince Khaled Al-Faisal, governor of Makkah, and Prince Mishaal, governor of Jeddah, at a ceremony held at the Lailati Hall on Saturday. This is the university’s third graduating class.
Other dignitaries included Prince Bandar bin Saud, member of the board of tπrustees of the university, the chairman of the Executive Committee, Prince Amr bin Mohammed Al-Faisal, Walid bin Abdul Razak, general supervisor of National Higher Education at the Ministry of Higher Education, officials and businessmen.
Shakeel Ahmed Habib, the dean of the college, welcomed Prince Khaled Al-Faisal and other dignitaries and guests.
He emphasized the message of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah on the importance of education, building the future of young Saudis and the progress of the country.
Habib thanked Khaled bin Mohammed Al-Angari, minister of Higher Education, and Walid bin Abdul Razak, for their continuous support to universities and colleges.
Speaking on behalf of Majid Kabbani, a graduate, appreciated the college’s modern teaching techniques, technology, disciplines, student activities and educational quality system.
Sayed Kamel, an alumni, said the college authorities pay special attention to students’ educational attainment and academic activities by using modern methods of training.
