Al-Mashreq Boutique Hotel has been named “Best Boutique Hotel in Saudi Arabia” and “Best Boutique Hotel in the Middle East” in the World Travel Awards 2013 ceremony held in Dubai.
“We are delighted to see such success in the Kingdom and the Middle East. This achievement reflects the continuous progress in the hotel sector,” said Abdullah bin Salman Al-Juhani, vice president for marketing and programs at the General Authority for Tourism and Antiquities (GATA).
He was speaking at a ceremony organized to celebrate the success.
He also said massive demand among investors and businessmen creates competition in terms of quality and services. This competition raises the quality of services among enterprises.
Samer Abu Aleiwi, general manager of the Al-Mashreq Boutique Hotel, said: “I salute all employees of the Al-Mashreq Boutique Hotel and encourage them to continue providing genuine personalized service to maintain the hotel’s leadership.”
He congratulated Abdullah bin Salman Al-Juhani, hotel management and staff.
He also acknowledged the accomplishment of winning the high profile awards within a short period of time.
Sheikh Salama bin Saedan, vice president of Tatweer Holding Company and the developer of Home Office project and Al-Mashreq Boutique Hotel, expressed gratitude to the GATA for its continuous support to all hotels.
Khaled Algosada, general manager of home office, said: “We are thankful to Prince Sultan bin Salman and his continuous support for tourism in the Kingdom, including the hotel sector, which has had a significant impact in winning the awards that reflects the great development of tourism.”
Al-Mashreq began working in 2012 with the first “five-star” boutique hotel in the Kingdom which is part of the Home Office complex.
It provides the best services for private offices and corporate companies.
