The stage is set for the Prince Faisal bin Salman Cup international karate championship at the Prince Muhammad Sports City here.
The four-day tournament featuring karatekas from Arab and Muslim countries opens Sunday.
The event is organized by the Saudi Arabian Karate Federation.
Sports channels will carry live the events of the first sports championship bearing the name of Madinah Governor Prince Faisal bin Salman which will end on Aug. 21
The Saudi Research and Marketing Group is a media partner in the championship.
All arrangements for the championship have been completed under the chairmanship of Ibrahim Qannas, president of the federation.
