Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah instructed authorities on Tuesday to dispatch emergency aid worth $10 million to Sudan to alleviate the suffering of the country’s flood victims.
The Saudi relief will be distributed among the Sudanese victims in coordination with other international relief agencies.
Finance Minister Ibrahim Al-Assaf commended the king’s humanitarian gesture and said it reflects the Kingdom’s support for people in need and its desire to help the victims of the devastating floods in Sudan.
