A study of aluminum foil project of Al-Ahsa Development Company is currently continuing. In its financial statement, the company stated this in its announcement with regards to a case from one of the parties’ claim against the company for SR24.5 million related to the study, according to Tadawul website.
The company stated that the General Court in Riyadh took up the case on Monday (Aug. 26) and dismissed the case filed against it. The judgment is subject to appeal.
