Juffali Automotive Co. Ltd. (JAC), exclusive distributor and dealer of Mercedes-Benz cars in Saudi Arabia, recently opened two new dedicated S-Class delivery centers — in Riyadh and Jeddah — described as the first of their kind in the Middle East.
With the all new S-Class setting new standards in the world of luxury, technology and safety, it was very important for JAC to enhance the delivery experience, one of the most important parts of purchasing a vehicle.
The two centers were designed with a strong artistic statement that defines exclusivity. A unique setup was created to match the importance and iconic image of Mercedes-Benz’s flagship model.
Each center has 2-3 delivery pods that are separated from one another by an oval-cocoon shaped wall. This provides each customer with feeling of privacy and exclusivity.
Coupled with the design, a special team of 14 delivery specialists have been trained intensively with all the delivery etiquettes required for delivering such an important vehicle and as a result affording an S-Class customer a memorable experience.
The two centers together have a capability to deliver 20 S-Class vehicles a day.
The delivery centers opened their doors in mid-August 2013, and since then all customers have been taking delivery of their all new 2014 S-Class vehicles from both centers.
The feedback from the customers has been highly appreciative, said Safi Kobeissi, GM, JAC. “The all-new S-Class is an experience by itself, and we wanted to even enhance that experience with a more exclusive delivery experience.


The delivery centers are the first of their kind in the Middle East, and we are very proud that we at Juffali Automotive Co. are the pioneers in bringing such an experience to our customers in Saudi Arabia.
