Andrew Rayel unveils the "Mystery of Aether"

Andrei Rata known by the alias Andrew Rayel released his first compilation, “Mystery of Aether” last week on the Armada label.
Having built an impressive discography with trance-tonic tunes like "How Do I Know," "Aeon of Revenge," "Zeus," "Musa" and armed with remix duties from big trance players like Armin Van Buuren, Markus Schulz, W & W, Dash Berlin and many others, Rayel is the latest addition to the trance flag bearers in the already bourgeoning scene of young producers and DJs emerging from the EDM jungle.
The "Mystery of Aether" compilation brings tracks from the likes of Airbase, Dash Berlin, Armin Van Buuren, Alex Wackii, Orjan Nilsen, Alexandre Bergheau, including his own productions and radio edits.
“The 'Aether' mixes are always euphoric and melodic with orchestra, piano stuff. It has some of my new stuff and the tracks I really love from producers at Armada that really fits into the Aether concept right now,” said Rayel.
The news of the compilation was initially broadcast on Facebook to procure submissions from producers. Rayel says it “was pretty hard to decide” on the submissions.
“I think I made the right choice and I’m very happy with the result. It feels like it’s the 'Mystery of Aether'.”
Will this young blood hailed as “the new Armin Van Buuren” distinguish the sound of trance once more from jaded festival-stomper numbers? We await his album that is currently in progress.
