Etihad Etisalat Company (Mobily) and Etihad Jawraa Telecommunications and Information Technology Company (Etihad Jawraa) entered into Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) Agreement, according to Tadawul website.
Following the agreement, Etihad Jawraa will use Mobily network infrastructure to provide mobile services to its retail customers as a mobile virtual network operator after obtaining the necessary license from the competent authorities.
Mobily considers this agreement as a strategic complementary step on the local mobile market to make the best use of the potential opportunities available on the market, especially with a strategic partner to Etihad Jawraa, which enjoys an extensive and successful international experience as one of the largest mobile virtual network operators in the world, known as Lebara.
