Gulf Advantage Automobiles honored by Renault for industry excellence

Gulf Advantage Automobiles, LLC (GAA), importer of Renault vehicles in Saudi Arabia, received an award in recognition of outstanding customer satisfaction standards provided to Renault customers across the Kingdom. Quality made Renault vehicles supported by excellent after sales support has been the reason behind Renault’s success story in the Kingdom.
Ranked among the top 2 brands in terms of the percentage of most satisfied customers, according to the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MCI) mid-year report on car industry customer service, Renault vehicles have come to be synonymous with elegance, style, safety and technology that often put their vehicles in a class above the rest. Likewise, all Renault vehicles are tested prior to launch under GCC conditions to match local requirements and Renault Quality standards.
Christian Boucquet, VP of quality and service for Renault France, said: “The Saudi market has left a lasting impression on Renault’s success worldwide.”
Considering how well the Renault brand has done in the region, we look forward to what is to come and believe that GAA is performing an outstanding work in customer service and care,” said Boucquet at the awards ceremony in Jeddah this week, where he awarded Suresh Sethurathnam, head of GAA, a plaque for the achievement. He also wished them continued success.
Sethurathnam mentioned that GAA works increasingly hard at anticipating and satisfying its customers. “Renault produces quality products and we endeavor to exceed customer expectations, by providing total ownership experience. Receiving this award is a testimony of our commitment to our customers.”
In the wake of this positive moment for Renault in Saudi Arabia, the long-standing legacy and heritage of a great automotive company like Renault is something worth acknowledging, he said.
