SPAR opens new office in Jubail

Spar Company opened its new office recently, with the inauguration performed by industrialist Nasser Al-Otaibi. Prominent businessmen, industrialists and social workers from Jubail, Dammam and Alkhobar were present. The chief guest was Raza Murad, a veteran Bollywood actor. Another actor, Ali Khan came from India to attend the event
Murad, who has acted in more than 500 feature films, recited Sahir Ludhiyanwi’s poem. Khan, who was the guest of honor, recited a few couplets. On public demand he delivered a dialogue from Amitabh Bachchan-starrer “Khuda Gawah” in which he acted as the younger brother of Kiran Kumar. The program started by welcoming the movie celebrities and Pervez Akram, also a guest of honor.
The program began with Mohammed Mofiduzzaman reciting poems and couplets.
Spar’s COO Mateen Khan gave a presentation on the Spar Company. The Hind Ratan awardee for social service among non-resident Indians, Merajuddin Ansari introduced Murad. Social worker and educationist Professor Asif Rameez Daudi introduced Khan.
Anis Bakhsh, Aziz Ahmad Siddiqui, International Indian School Principal Syed Hameed, Pervez Ahsan, International Indian School management committee Chairman Tahir Mohiuddin and committee members Nasiruddin and Attiqurrahman were among those present. Spar Chairman Ali Al-Otaibi proposed the vote of thanks.
