SAIB claims leadership in self-service banking

The Saudi Investment Bank (SAIB) claims that it is leading the way in self-service banking.
Suliman Al-Obaid, the bank’s GM, IT and shared services, said: “Customer-centricity is most important to us and we have put it at the center of everything we do. It's simply about offering a positive experience to customers across all touch points in all their interactions with the bank. Is it possible to make banking more enjoyable for the customer? Yes, we think that the new FLEXX-BANKPOINT service experience can do that. The first BANKPOINT retail concept, launched at our Al-Ghadeer and Al-Wadi branches, will follow in our remaining branches across the Kingdom.”
He added: “Our new FLEXX-eCHANNEL self-service concept will truly change the way our customers experience banking. Customer engagement is key and is the focal point of everything we do.”
He said: “We want our customers to enjoy doing banking with us across all channels of services. FLEXX-BANKPOINT services are the way ahead and Saudi Investment Bank is delighted to lead the way in this regard.”
