This is with reference to the report “Medical staff account for less than 20% of corona patients” (May 9). We appreciate the services of these professionals. They are taking care of corona patients with diligence without caring about the risks involved.
I believe that 20 percent should not be considered a small number. American actress Kelsey Chow once said of her grandmother: “My 94-year-old grandmother has always been so inspiring to me. She is kind, smart, brave and independent. After graduating from her medical school at a time when it was extremely rare for women to attend medical schools, she worked with the World Health Organization (WHO) in North Africa to eradicate tuberculosis.” We very well know the risks the medical staff are taking to treat MERS patients. Simply thanking them will never suffice for their selfless services. Bravo ladies and gentlemen, God will definitely reward for your service to the humanity. — S.H. Moulana, Riyadh
