Dawn report by staff reporter states that Afghan Interior Minister Wais Ahmad Barmak and intelligence chief Masoom Stankezai alleged that the recent terror attacks in Afghanistan were planned on Pakistani soil, adding that Pakistani officials have been apprised in this regard and undeniable evidences have also been handed over to them.
