Federal govt tightens Covid curbs in big cities

August 3: The Nation reported that the federal government on Monday decided to re-impose pandemic-related restrictions in selected major cities of the country from today (August 3) to August 31 to prevent further spread of Covid-19, especially delta variant of the virus, in the on-going fourth wave.
