RIYADH: Singapore’s Coda Payments Pte is looking into a potential sale or Initial Public Offering, as it seeks a valuation of at least $4 billion, Bloomberg reported citing sources familiar with the matter.
US’ Goldman Sachs is advising the company on a strategic review, the sources said.
A representative for Goldman Sachs declined to comment, while Coda Payments said in an email that it currently had no details to publicly reveal.
