AMMAN, 20 July — The difficulties hobbling vegetable export from Jordan to Saudi Arabia will be solved soon, according to Saudi Ambassador in Jordan Abdul Rahman Al-Auhali. A technical committee will soon visit Jordan shortly to discuss with the officials of the Agricultural Ministry the type of vegetables, regions where they are cultivated, date of export and other technical problems related to the matter. The ban on the import of Jordanian vegetables began in 1990 was linked to the nature of water used for irrigation in some parts  of the country. (Muhammad Al-Daamah)
