JEDDAH, 22 August — Health Minister Dr. Osama Shubokshi disclosed plans to recruit nurses and paramedical staff from China, India, Pakistan, South Korea, Jordan and Tunisia. Speaking to Al-Riyadh Arabic newspaper, he said the ministry was also training Saudis in nursing and paramedical jobs with the aim of making the Kingdom self-sufficient. He added that the recently opened health college in Taif will admit 1,000 male and female students every year.
