Al-Rifaei’s paintings go on show

RIYADH, 13 January — Deputy Governor of Riyadh Prince Sattam will inaugurate here tomorrow an exhibition of paintings of historical mosques around the world by the late Wahbi Al-Rifaei. The show is organized by the US Embassy in collaboration with the Youth Welfare Presidency and the Saudi Arabian Airlines. US Ambassador to the Kingdom Robert Jordan will attend the event at the National Museum in the King Abdul Aziz Historical Center. A book on the works of the painter with an introduction by Prince Sultan ibn Fahd, head of the Youth Welfare Presidency, will be released on the occasion.
