Directive on civil status cards

JEDDAH, 5 April — Interior Minister Prince Naif has issued a directive to all government agencies saying that all lost-and-found civil status cards should be handed over to the civil status department. The directive said that the department is the sole agency authorized to return such documents to their rightful owners. The order aims at avoiding issuance of duplicate cards by the department.
