JEDDAH, 12 April 2003 – Saudi Telecom is to blacklist customers who default on their bills once the phone service has been cut, Al-Watan reported. All services in the defaulter’s name, both cellular and land lines, will be disconnected until the debt is paid. Currently defaulters have a three-month grace period before being blacklisted.
