With the second Game Virus we have our poll results and I was reminded by some readers to include a PC selection for last week’s poll. Well this poll was mainly for the TV oriented gamers and not for the classic gaming geek (I fit in the later category).
So now with all the buzz about Halo 2, Half Life 2, GTA:SA, DOOM3, and many more games I was thinking of freezing myself and setting the “Deep freeze machine” to thaw me out this November. Because all these cool games are set for a holiday release. Enjoy reading this week’s Game Virus.

Hey did anyone watch this cool anime called EVA? It blows your mind man, does it have any sequels or prequels, and are they as good as the original series?

Well “man” I am sure a lot of people watched Evangelione and I am sure even more people didn’t watch it. There are a few movies about EVA but most people consider them useless. If you are a diehard fan check it out.
Anime Question
I was really bored with watching crappy anime and I wanted to know where could I find a lot of reviews or articles about anime? You know, magazines or websites that have a lot of anime related things. Khalid

animenewsnetwork.com for all the anime reviews. They have a nice collection of reviews and previews of almost every anime that has been released or is scheduled for release. As for the magazine tough luck, but you can always get an anime update here exclusive in the Review. If you guys are really serious why not send in an e-mail as a vote for a separate article every week just for anime. So we can have a Game Virus, and an Anime Virus. Just an idea though, if the demand is great then lets do something about it.

PC Game Preview
DOOM 3

If you remember the old school Doom and Doom 2 then you should be excited over the new concept of Doom 3. Basically the developers of Doom 3 decided to go with the no story but lots of explosions strategy.
With that in mind most people will get the idea of Doom 3. Well it’s another Doom game where you go around shooting monsters and demons. The story so far reveals that the main character is a worker on Mars and something goes wrong. There are monsters killing or have killed everybody there. Well you have to survive the whole mess. For some people the game’s graphics and game play will make you forget the cheesy story. But some people want more than just, OK go kill the monsters. But so far the game’s graphics look unbelievable. With a game like that on the market soon most computer shops are going to sell out the new graphics cards and ram. Expect it to be on shelves in the gaming store near you this November.
