JEDDAH, 5 March 2005 — A Kuwaiti father has disowned his teenage daughter when she came home after staying away for a month with a male friend of hers.
The man refused to accept his daughter when he learned that she had had sex with 13 men at her friend’s apartment in Kuwait City. She had made a confession to police to this effect.
The 17-year-old girl said she had gone with her boyfriend to his apartment when he introduced her to his friends who all had sex with her, each more than once. She was so scared of going back home that she decided to hang on at her friend’s house. However, the girl later gave herself in to the police when she learned that her parents had raised an alarm.
According to Kuwaiti newspapers, the girl gave the police details about the 13 men she had slept with, including their full names and addresses in Hawalli and Salmiyah districts.
When her father heard the story of her amorous adventures from the police he immediately disowned her then and there. He brought her clothes and other belongings to the police station and threw them at her and asked her never to come back home. “I would be ashamed if she carried my name,” said the furious father.
The reports said that Kuwaiti police have filed a case against the gallivanting girl and further action is expected to be taken against her and the gang of 13.
