JEDDAH: Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky arrived in Jeddah on Friday for his second visit to Saudi Arabia in a month.
During the visit, Zelensky met with Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, where the two leaders discussed ways to strengthen ties between Kyiv and Riyadh and expand cooperation across key sectors, the Saudi Press Agency reported.
“Yesterday, at a meeting with European leaders, we secured financial guarantees for our resilience. Today, we are advancing our agreements with Saudi Arabia in the areas of security, energy, and infrastructure,” Zelensky said in a post on X upon arrival in the Kingdom.
