Mentally Ill Man Directs Traffic

QATEEF, 10 August 2005 — A man who was later found to be mentally ill person caused considerable confusion in Qateef when he pretended to be a police officer at a major intersection and tried to direct traffic, Al-Watan reported. The man was telling cars stopped at red lights to go and telling those at green lights to stop. He remained at the intersection until police arrived and removed him, taking him to a hospital.
