RIYADH, 15 May 2006 — Dr. Muhammed Al-Suwaiyel, governor of the Communications and Information Technology Commission (CITC), will inaugurate tomorrow a two-day 2006 Lucent Bell Labs Technology Seminar in collaboration with King Abdul Aziz City for Science and Technology (KACST). The venue of the seminar is the Makarim Convention Center at Riyadh Mariott.
