“This ‘Voilouland’ is the perfect place to leave kids while their parents are busy dining at our restaurant a floor above,” says trainer Alexandre Gadel, a French master chocolatier chef at Voila Cocolate Lounge.
“They learn all about chocolates, taste them and engage themselves using their creative skills splashing chocolate paints around the chocolate toys and also on their faces.”
“We also offer mini courses on chocolate for the young budding chocolatiers. This is the place where the chocolate chefs of tomorrow are made,” says Gadel.
Two other veteran chocolate chefs are involved in operating the entire establishment. They include Jean-Louis Riegest, a French chef of 13 years standing, and Frederik Whitehead, a South African.
“The place also has a tasting corner where guests can taste varieties of chocolates made from the finest cocoa beans from around the globe to produce the most exquisite flavor combinations all under one roof,” Whitehead said.
With six major chocolate lines — Fusion, Spice Flower, Essence, Saveur, Diet and World, we bring an exquisite blend of chocolate and 150 diverse flavors from all around the world,” said Riegest.
“This is a new concept chocolate establishment, which also boasts a selection of patisseries and a traditional French bakery,” Numan Akram, sales manager, Voila Chocolate Lounge, told the media at its opening over the weekend.
