He is part of an online satirical campaign mocking the municipality and their perceived ineptness over the handling of last November’s torrential rains and flash floods in Jeddah.
Residents have placed hundreds of cartoon drawings and satirical comments on social networking sites including Facebook and Twitter, all mocking the local authority.
"This shows that the residents are funny and have a unique sense of humor," one blogger wrote.
There have been a number of cynical campaigns against the municipality.
“The Betrayer: Where the Municipality has Gone” and “The Municipality of Ditches: Let it Drown” are just some of their titles.
One anti-municipality campaign had more than 10,000 members.
Other residents have launched campaigns in support of the municipality, including one with the banner "The Municipality Was Not Mistaken."
Three months after the tragedy, however, the campaigns are beginning to subside. Many residents are browsing the Internet instead for other information, not criticisms about their municipality.
As part of their scrutiny of the municipality’s activities, residents have also been keeping a close watch on the inquiry into the crisis, formed by Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah and led by Makkah Governor Prince Khaled Al-Faisal.
At least 123 people died in the disaster. Many more are believed to be still missing.
