Woman’s body found in Makkah apartment

Acting spokesman of Makkah police Maj. Zaki Al-Rihaili said the preliminary investigations showed that the woman might have been murdered as there were serious injuries in the head. The spokesman later said that police arrested the woman’s killer who was her brother.
The spokesman said the police received information about the suspected murder 24 hours after it had happened. He said teams of forensic experts were immediately dispatched to the scene of the crime.
